Albacore Salad Puttanesca with Garlic Vinaigrette


  • 1 can (6 ounces) canned tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 cups chopped, peeled plum tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked, chilled angel hair pasta
  • 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped* ripe olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup garlic vinaigrette dressing
  • In large bowl, combine chilled pasta, tomatoes, olives and 1 cup garlic vinaigrette dressing. Add tuna and basil leaves; toss. Serve immediately.
  • *If you prefer, the olives may be sliced rather than chopped.
